Information I collect
I do not collect, receive or store any personal information about you. There are no accounts in the App, and nothing you do in the App is sent to me.
Information stored on your device
The App saves your game progress on your device only: best height and population, unlocked and equipped building skins, a record of your purchases, achievement progress and your sound settings. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to me. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
Third-party services
The App uses the following services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies. I don't control that data and don't receive it, except as noted.
- Google AdMob (advertising). The App shows banner ads on the menu and game-over screens, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, device type and settings, IP address (from which an approximate location may be inferred) and your interactions with ads, to serve, measure and, where you allow it, personalize ads. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Google consent management (EEA, UK and Switzerland). If you're in a region that requires it, the App shows Google's consent form when it starts, so you can choose how your data is used for ads. Your choice is stored on your device.
- Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store (purchases). In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple. I never see or store your payment details. The App only receives a confirmation of which product you bought, so it can unlock it.
- Google Play Games Services (Android). Used for achievements and leaderboards. It may process your Play Games profile, such as your player name and avatar, and the scores and achievements you earn. Learn more: Play Games Services privacy.
- Apple Game Center (iOS). Used for achievements and leaderboards. It may process your Game Center profile, such as your nickname and player identifier, and the scores and achievements you earn. This data is managed by Apple. Learn more: Apple Privacy Policy.

Tracking on iOS
On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized based on tracking. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Your choices
- Ad consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): open the App's Settings and tap Ad Privacy to review or change your choice.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: in your device settings, under Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads), you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Remove Ads: a one-time purchase in the App removes all banner ads. Optional rewarded ads stay available, and only play when you choose them.
- Game services: you can play without signing in to Google Play Games or Game Center, and sign out at any time in your device's settings.
- Delete your saved progress: uninstall the App.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact me and I will help you have it removed with the relevant service.
Data retention and deletion
Because I don't collect personal information, I don't retain any. Data collected by Google and Apple is kept and deleted according to their own policies; you can use their tools to access or delete it.
International transfers
Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in their privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Since I hold no personal information about you, requests about data collected by Google or Apple are best made through their privacy tools. You're always welcome to contact me, and I'll help where I can. I do not sell your personal information.
Security
I take reasonable measures to protect the App and the information it handles. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
