My purchase didn't unlock
Open the Store (or Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Google or Apple account you bought with. If a payment is still pending, the item unlocks automatically once it completes.
I got a new phone or reinstalled the game
Purchases come back with Restore Purchases. Game progress is saved on your device, so it doesn't transfer to a new phone. Achievements and leaderboard scores are kept by Google Play Games or Game Center.
What does Remove Ads do?
It removes all banner ads, for good. Optional rewarded ads, like watching an ad for an extra life, stay available, but they only play when you choose them.
How do I unlock building skins?
Every skin can be earned for free by reaching its height or population goal, or by watching a few optional ads in the Skins screen. You can also buy skins individually, or all at once with All Skins.
Achievements or leaderboards don't open
Sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS). Tapping Scores or Awards in the menu offers the sign-in. Achievements you earned while signed out are sent automatically the next time you sign in.
